The game in was also quite interesting. Third ranked Proteas (15-3) played at the court of 5th ranked Anagenisi (8-10). Proteas did not have too big problems and got a relatively easy victory 62-44 on Saturday. The guests trailed by 2 points after first quarter, but they stormed back to get the 1-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 62-44. Proteas dominated on the defensive end, holding Anagenisi to just 4 points in third quarter. The best player for the winners was the former international guard Lolita Lymoura (180-85) who scored 15 points, 7 rebounds and 7 assists. American center Cierra Bravard (193-89, college: Florida St., agency: Josep and Nicolas) chipped in 11 points and 9 rebounds. Proteas' coach Alekos Daglas used entire bench saving starting five for next games. At the other side the best for losing team was American forward Asia Logan (183-92, college: Pittsburgh) who recorded a double-double by scoring 17 points and 10 rebounds and guard Roula Mouli (178-85) added 14 points and 10 rebounds respectively. Proteas have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain third position with 15-3 record having just two points less than leader AE Ellinikou.
