Halcones Rojos finished their Liga Americas campaign on a high note. They topped Trotamundos for 1-2 record in Group F. Paul Stoll stepped up with 17 points to pace the Mexican team. Halcones accounted for a 45:29 halftime lead. They followed with a strong 23:13 rally in the third period and never looked back en route to the win. Jesus Gonzalez netted 16 points in the victory. Pedro Cubillan responded with 11 points for Trotamundos. Jesus Martinez had 10 points in the third straight defeat for the Venezuelan team.
