The game in Strumica supposed to be also worth to mention about. Second ranked MZT Skopje (10-3) played at the court of 7th ranked KK Strumica (3-10). MZT Skopje smashed KK Strumica 107-45. The game was mostly controlled by MZT Skopje. KK Strumica was better in second period 19-14. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding KK Strumica to just 7 points in fourth quarter. MZT Skopje dominated down low during the game scoring 68 of its points in the paint compared to KK Strumica's 36 and made 18-of-21 charity shots (85.7 percent) during the game. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. MZT Skopje have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending champion keeps a position of league leader, which they share with Rabotnicki. KK Strumica lost sixth consecutive game. They keep the seventh place with ten games lost. MZT Skopje will play against Kozuv (#6) in Gevgelija in the next round which should be theoretically another easy game. KK Strumica will play on the road against Goce Delchev in Shtip and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
