ProB top team - Seawolves (16-8) managed to deliver another win on Saturday. This time they beat ninth ranked Recklinghausen (10-13) in Rostock 94-81. Seawolves made 24-of-30 free shots (80.0 percent) during the game. They also forced 20 Recklinghausen turnovers. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 22 assists. It was a quality performance for DR Congolese-Canadian forward Yannick Anzuluni (205-87, college: Houghton) who led the winners with a triple-double by scoring 20 points, 10 rebounds, 10 assists and 5 steals. Point guard Tim Vogt (181-90) accounted for 22 points for the winning side. American guard Antoine Myers (190-90, college: Troy) came up with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds and point guard Tobias Welzel (183-90) added 16 points and 4 assists respectively for Recklinghausen in the defeat. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Newly promoted Seawolves maintains first place in Group North with 16-8 record. Loser Recklinghausen keeps the ninth position with 13 games lost.
