Artemisa fired past Ciego de Avila to level things up in the series. Ciego de Avila was trailing by 7 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 23-10 charge of Artemisa, which allowed them to win the game. The former international point guard Osmel Oliva (178-87) orchestrated the victory by scoring 29 points, 7 assists and 5 steals. Swingman Joice Daudinot (194-85) contributed with 12 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. The former international William Granda (189-85) replied with 30 points and 8 rebounds and the former international center Joan Luis Haiti (200-82) added 21 points in the effort for Ciego de Avila.
