Very predictable result when second ranked Solna Branten (13-3) defeated on the road 9th ranked Jarfalla (6-9) 85-71 on Wednesday. The game was mostly controlled by Solna Branten. Jarfalla was better in second period 21-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 22-of-27 free shots (81.5 percent) during the game. Solna Branten forced 19 Jarfalla turnovers and outrebounded them 43-31 including 16 on the offensive glass. Jarfalla was plagued by 24 personal fouls down the stretch. Swingman Patrik Horman (186-94) scored 20 points and 5 rebounds to lead the charge for the winners and point guard Simon Makkonen (186-94) chipped in 15 points and 5 assists during the contest. Jarfalla will play at home against KFUM Blackebergs and hope to win that game.
