Finals Game 2: Liaoning H. - Beijing Ducks 108-94

Liaoning Hunters tied things up in CBA Finals. They bounced back from the starting loss in the title series and edged Beijing Ducks to level things at 1-1. Beijing Ducks were trailing by 6 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 38-22 charge of Liaoning Hunters, which allowed them to win the game. Liaoning Hunters outrebounded Beijing Ducks 50-38 including a 19-7 advantage in offensive rebounds. 25 personal fouls committed by Beijing Ducks helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. American players dominated the game. Lester Hudson (190-84, college: Tenn-Martin) orchestrated the victory with a double-double by scoring 41 points (!!!), 13 rebounds, 5 assists and 5 steals. Forward Deon Thompson (203-88, college: N.Carolina) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points and 16 rebounds for the winners. Power forward Randolph Morris (211-86, college: Kentucky) replied with a double-double by scoring 27 points and 10 rebounds and guard Stephon Marbury (188-77, college: Georgia Tech) added 24 points in the effort for Beijing Ducks. Five Liaoning Hunters and four Beijing Ducks players scored in double figures. Beijing Ducks' coach LuLei Min rotated ten players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games.
