It looked good early as Widzew took a 14-point lead at the end of first quarter. But then AZS UMCS took control and eventually winning the game that evening by 5 points. The best player for the winners was American guard Angel Robinson (172-89, college: Marquette, agency: LBM Management) who scored 18 points, 8 rebounds and 9 assists. The former international guard Olivia Tomialowicz (185-90) chipped in 19 points. Ukrainian guard Arina Markotenko (170-89) produced 23 points and 5 rebounds and Roksana Schmidt (180-92) added 20 points respectively for the hosts.
