CASLA upset Espanola SL on the road to reach the eighth-finals. The guests were already 13 points ahead after 3 quarters before a 20-16 Espanola SL's run in the last quarter cut the lead to 77-68 at the end of the game. They outrebounded Espanola SL 44-28 including a 30-19 advantage in defensive rebounds. 26 personal fouls committed by Espanola SL helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities.
