Waregem held off Tulikivi Deerlijk to gain the first victory in the quarterfinals. The game without a history. Declercq Stortbeton led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 54 of its points in the paint compared to Tulikivi's 18. Declercq Stortbeton forced 28 Tulikivi turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Shanavia Dowdell (188-87, college: Louisiana Tech, agency: LBM Management) who helped to win the game recording 22 points and 9 rebounds. Dutch power forward Loyce Bettonvil (185-93) contributed with 12 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Four Declercq Stortbeton players scored in double figures. The former international forward Angcle Boucquey (175-81) answered with 13 points and 7 rebounds and swingman Nele Poffyn (173-91) added 10 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Tulikivi. Tulikivi's coach gave up on the game allowing to play ten players seeing no chance for a win.
