Fujitsu RW held off Denso Iris for the second consecutive victory in the semifinal series and advanced into the Finals. Denso Iris were trailing by 4 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 13-10 charge of Fujitsu RW, which allowed them to win the game. International swingman Chinatsu Yamamoto (175-91) orchestrated the victory by scoring 28 points and 5 rebounds. International point guard Rui Machida (161-93) contributed with 10 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists for the winners. Four Fujitsu RW players scored in double figures. The former international power forward Maki Takada (183-89) replied with 18 points and 9 rebounds and guard Yasuko Itou (160-90) added 14 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists in the effort for Denso Iris.
