Njardvik fired past Stjarnan to secure 2-1 lead in the series. The game without a history. Njardvik led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 19-of-22 free shots (86.4 percent) during the game. Njardvik outrebounded Stjarnan 40-29 including a 17-4 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a good game for American point guard Stefan Bonneau (177-87, college: LIU Post) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 45 points (!!!), 6 rebounds, 10 assists and 4 steals (went 14 for 14 at the free throw line !!!). The former international forward Mirko Virijevic (201-81, college: Freed-Hardeman) contributed with a double-double by scoring 11 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. American forward Jeremy Atkinson (193-90, college: NC-Asheville) answered with a double-double by scoring 23 points, 11 rebounds and 5 assists and Marvin Valdimarsson (198-81) added 16 points in the effort for Stjarnan. Four Stjarnan players scored in double figures.
