Ezerunas-Karys topped Rasai gaining the lead in the series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Rasai won third quarter 16-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They outrebounded Rasai 39-25 including a 31-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Ezerunas-Karys looked well-organized offensively handing out 21 assists. 24 personal fouls committed by Rasai helped opponents get some easy free throw opportunities. The former international power forward Saulius Kuzminskas (211-82, college: California) fired 24 points and 6 rebounds (on 11-of-14 shooting from the field) for the winners. Point guard Tomas Galeckas (184-94) chipped in 20 points and 7 assists. Four Ezerunas-Karys players scored in double figures. Forward Valdemaras Savostjanovas (200-84) produced 16 points and 5 rebounds and center Karolis Guscikas (205-92) added 13 points and 9 rebounds respectively for lost side.
