Uppsala advanced into the Basketligan semifinals. They snatched a tough road win over Norrkoping in the decisive fifth game of the series to stay in the title race. Norrkoping Dolphins were trailing by 4 points at halftime but managed to get 4-point lead after three quarters before a 23-18 charge of Uppsala Basket, which allowed them to win the game. International forward Anton Gaddefors (200-89) saved the victory by scoring 28 points. American forward Dwight Burke (202-86, college: Marquette) contributed with 14 points (was perfect 8-for-8 from the free throw line) for the winners. Burke is a former Eurobasket Summer League player, which is considered top international summer league in the market. The former international center Joakim Kjellbom (212-79, college: N.Arizona) answered with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 16 rebounds and the former international Mikael Lindquist (193-83) added 21 points in the effort for Norrkoping Dolphins.
