Rieker Komarno defeated Inter Bratislava for the opening victory in the semifinal series. The hosts started the game with a very strong first quarter 25-16. But Inter Bratislava won third quarter 22-16. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Rieker KN made 20-of-26 free shots (76.9 percent) during the game.
