Quarter-Finals Round 4: Stjarnan - Njardvik 96-94

Stjarnan eked out a tough home win over Njardvik to force the fifth game in the series. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Njardvik won third quarter 27-25. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of American forward Jeremy Atkinson (193-90, college: NC-Asheville) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists. The former international point guard Justin Shouse (181-81, college: Mercyhurst) contributed with 21 points, 5 rebounds, 8 assists and 4 steals for the winners. Four Stjarnan players scored in double figures. American point guard Stefan Bonneau (177-87, college: LIU Post) replied with 34 points (!!!) and 8 rebounds and the former international Logi Gunnarsson (190-81) added 22 points and 5 assists in the effort for Njardvik.
