Finals Game 1: Pioneros - Soles 70-85

Soles fired past Pioneros in the opening game of the LNBP Finals. The game was mostly controlled by Soles. Pioneros managed to win third quarter 24-19. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Worth to mention a great performance of Ghanian-British forward Matthew Bryan-Amaning (205-88, college: Washington) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 25 points and 11 rebounds. Guard Alexander Perez Kaufmann (191-93) contributed with 22 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists for the winners. Soles' coach Ivan Deniz used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American power forward Justin Keenan (202-88, college: Ferris St.) answered with 21 points and 7 rebounds and the other American import guard Shane Southwell (198-92, college: Kansas St.) added 11 points and 8 rebounds in the effort for Pioneros. Four Pioneros players scored in double figures.
