Palanga topped Perlas-MRU to win the quarterfinals series. Perlas-MRU was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 2-point lead after three quarters before a 24-17 charge of Palanga, which allowed them to win the game. American forward Travis Garrison (203-84, college: Maryland) fired 19 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. Point guard Deividas Anuzis (184-92) chipped in 11 points, 5 rebounds and 7 assists. Four Palanga players scored in double figures. Forward Remigijus Sugintas (200-87) produced 7 points and 14 rebounds and swingman Tadas Rinkunas (195-91) added 15 points respectively for lost side. Perlas-MRU's coach Mindaugas Sakalauskas rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help.
