JX-Eneos stepped closer to the title following the second straight win in the WJBL championship series. They upset Fujitsu RW on the road today. The game without a history. JX-Eneos S. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. The former international forward Yuka Mamiya (185-90) orchestrated the victory by scoring 26 points and 7 rebounds. International point guard Asami Yoshida (165-87) contributed with a double-double by scoring 12 points, 12 rebounds and 8 assists for the winners. Four JX-Eneos S. players scored in double figures. International forward Moeko Nagaoka (180-93) replied with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 13 rebounds and international point guard Rui Machida (161-93) added 9 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists in the effort for Fujitsu RW. Fujitsu RW's coach BT Toews rotated eleven players seeing no chance for a win.
