Finals Game 7: Pure Youth - Taiwan Beer 79-67

Pure Youth celebrated the SBL title. They fired past Taiwan Beer at home court in the decisive seventh game of the title series. Pure Youth also wrote history making a tremedous comeback from 1-3 deficit in the Final to conquer the trophy. The victory marked the fourth consecutive title for the winner. Pure Youth trailed by 3 points at the halftime before their 43-28 charge in the second half, which allowed them to win the game. Pure Youth dominated down low during the game scoring 52 of its points in the paint compared to Taiwan Beer's 28. They outrebounded Taiwan Beer 45-33 including 19 on the offensive glass. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Garret Siler (213-86, college: GRU) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 21 points and 22 rebounds (on 10-of-12 shooting from the field). The former international forward Tse-Wei Chen (200-85) contributed with 17 points for the winners. Pure Youth's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Central African-American center Patrick O'Bryant (213-86, college: Bradley) answered with 24 points and 9 rebounds and international swingman Kai-Min Lui (188-89) added 19 points in the effort for Taiwan Beer.
