Semi-Finals Game 3: Panathinaikos - Proteas 64-52

Panathinaikos defeated Proteas in the decisive game of the semifinal series and paved their way into the championship series. The game was mostly controlled by Panathinaikos. Proteas managed to win second period 15-12. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Panathinaikos forced 19 Proteas turnovers. The best player for the winners was American power forward Monique Oliver (188-91, college: Rutgers) who had a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds. Forward Maria Avtzi (172-90) chipped in 14 points and 5 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American center Cierra Bravard (193-89, college: Florida St., agency: Josep and Nicolas) who recorded a double-double by scoring 14 points and 10 rebounds and the former international guard Lolita Lymoura (180-85) added 19 points and 5 rebounds respectively.
