Catz cruised past PeKa and swept the semifinal series. The game without a history. Catz Lappeenranta led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. It was a great evening for Russian forward Elena Reshetko (184-86) who led her team to a victory scoring 9 points and 16 rebounds. American Chandrea Jones (175-87, college: Syracuse, agency: LBM Management) helped adding 17 points and 6 rebounds. The best for the losing side was American forward Breanna Brock (187-90, college: Missouri, agency: Gamble Sports Management) with a double-double by scoring 16 points and 10 rebounds and the former international point guard Reetta Piipari (170-80, college: Xavier) scored 11 points. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
