Semi-Finals Game 3: Keflavik - Haukar 75-66

Keflavik held off Haukar to sweep the semifinal series. Haukar was trailing by 2 points at halftime but managed to get 1-point lead after three quarters before a 26-16 charge of Keflavik, which allowed them to win the game. They made 20-of-24 free shots (83.3 percent) during the game. Keflavik forced 20 Haukar turnovers. The best player for the winners was American guard Carmen Tyson-Thomas (175-91, college: Syracuse, agency: Two Points) who had a double-double by scoring 29 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 5 steals (went 8 for 8 at the free throw line). The former international Sara Run Hinriksdottir (165-96) chipped in 8 points, 13 rebounds and 4 assists. At the other side the best for losing team was American swingman Lele Hardy (182-88, college: Clemson) who recorded a double-double by scoring 37 points (!!!) and 20 rebounds and Sylvia Run Halfdanardottir (-98) added 15 points respectively.
