Brasilia outgunned Pinheiros/Sky and sealed the quarterfinal birth. The game was mostly controlled by Brasilia. Pinheiros was better in fourth quarter 22-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They made 16-of-19 charity shots (84.2 percent) during the game. Brasilia brought some defensive toughness making 8 blocks. Worth to mention a great performance of international Guilherme Giovannoni (203-80, agency: Interperformances) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 23 points and 10 rebounds and the former international Arthur Silva (196-82) who added 15 points during the contest. At the losing side the former international forward Marcus Vinicius Toledo (201-86) responded with 17 points and 8 rebounds and point guard Jefferson Campos (191-91) scored 17 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists. Five Brasilia and four Pinheiros players scored in double figures.
