Quarter-Finals Round 4: Valga Kalev - Rapla 69-88

Rapla cruised past Valga Kalev on the road and sealed their semifinal birth. The game was mostly controlled by TYCO Rapla. Valga Kalev managed to win second period 19-18. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. TYCO Rapla dominated down low during the game scoring 56 of its points in the paint compared to Valga Kalev's 26. Swingman Janar Soo (199-91, agency: Players Group) fired 19 points for the winners. Croatian center Domagoj Bubalo (212-91) chipped in 12 points and 8 rebounds. TYCO Rapla's coach Aivar Kuusmaa used entire bench which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Latvian center Jurijs Aleksejevs (202-85) produced a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds and the former international point guard Kristo Saage (187-85) added 12 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
