Sodertalje registered the second consecutive victory Basketligan Finals. They eased past Uppsala for 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series. The game without a history. Sodertalje Kings led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They shot 61.1 percent from the field. Sodertalje Kings had a 28-13 advantage in offensive rebounds. It was a great shooting night for Sodertalje Kings especially from behind the arc, where they had solid 57.9 percentage. Croatian guard Dino Butorac (192-90) orchestrated the victory by scoring 22 points (on 8-of-9 shooting from the field). Croatian forward Toni Bizaca (202-82, agency: XL Basketball Agency) contributed with 13 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Four Sodertalje Kings players scored in double figures. The former international power forward Oluoma Nnamaka (201-78, college: Marquette) replied with 18 points and American forward Dwight Burke (202-86, college: Marquette) added 14 points and 5 rebounds in the effort for Uppsala Basket. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
