The game without a history. USK Praha led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They dominated down low during the game scoring 70 of its points in the paint compared to Sokol Hradec Kralove's 28. USK Praha forced 30 Sokol Hradec Kralove turnovers and outrebounded them 31-19 including 23 on the defensive glass. They looked well-organized offensively handing out 30 assists comparing to just 11 passes made by Sokol Hradec Kralove's players. Worth to mention a great performance of international Katerina Elhotova (180-89) who helped to win the game recording 14 points and 6 assists. American power forward Kia Vaughn (193-87, college: Rutgers) contributed with 14 points and 5 rebounds for the winners. USK Praha's coach Natalia Hejkova felt very confident using 10 players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Forward Tereza Kuthanova (180-87) answered with 9 points and 5 rebounds and center Klara Pochobradska (186-89) added 14 points in the effort for Sokol Hradec Kralove.
