Bauru cruise past Vivo/Franca in the opening game of the series. The game without a history. Paschoalotto/Bauru led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. They made 17-of-21 free shots (81.0 percent) during the game. Paschoalotto/Bauru outrebounded Vivo/Franca 43-24 including a 35-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of the former international center Rafael Hettsheimer (206-86) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 16 points and 14 rebounds (made all of his seven free throws).
