Date: April 24, 2015
Catz rallied past Huima and swept the championship series. The game was mostly controlled by Catz Lappeenranta. Aanekosken managed to win fourth quarter 28-23. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding Aanekosken to just 7 points in third quarter. Catz Lappeenranta forced 20 Aanekosken turnovers. It was a good game for American Chandrea Jones (175-87, college: Syracuse, agency: LBM Management) who led her team to a victory with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 4 assists. Russian forward Elena Reshetko (184-86) contributed with a double-double by scoring 17 points and 11 rebounds for the winners. Four Catz Lappeenranta players scored in double figures. American guard Michaela Michaela Houser (170-91, college: Purdue, agency: LBM Management) answered with 25 points, 6 rebounds and 6 assists and the other American import power forward Chandra Harris (186-89, college: Georgia St.) added 23 points and 7 rebounds in the effort for Aanekosken. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games.
