No shocking result in a game when eighth ranked Fuenlabrada (16-12) beat on the road 11th ranked CBA Gran Canaria (9-19) 73-65. CBA Gran Canaria was ahead by 11 points at the halftime before a 46-27 second half run of Fuenlabrada. They also forced 20 CBA Gran Canaria turnovers. The best player for the winners was British-Swedish center Nicholas Spires (210-94) who had a double-double by scoring 14 points and 14 rebounds. Swingman Ruben Martinez (196-85) chipped in 18 points. At the other side the best for losing team was the former international point guard Bernardo Hernandez (187-75) who recorded 12 points, 5 rebounds and 6 assists and swingman Roberto Guerra (196-83) added 12 points and 8 rebounds respectively. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Both coaches tested many bench players and allowed the starting five to rest. Fuenlabrada moved-up to sixth place, which they share with Marin and Cambados. CBA Gran Canaria lost fifth consecutive game. Newly promoted team keeps the eleventh position with 19 games lost.
