1/8 Finals Round 4: Portland TB - Memphis G. 99-92

The Trail Blazers kept their season alive Monday night with a 99-92 victory against the Memphis Grizzlies. Memphis' lead in the best-of-seven NBA playoff series is down to 3-1 going into a Wednesday night game at the FedEx Forum in Memphis. Portland erased a seven-point deficit after three quarters for the win at Moda Center. The Blazers came out with high energy and got the pace higher than it had been in the first three games of the series. Portland got nine second-chance points in the first quarter - after getting none in Game 3 - and outshot the Grizzlies from the field 46.2 percent to 42.1 percent. A 19-8 run to end the quarter shot the Blazers into a 27-22 lead. Blazers guard Damian Lillard had eight points in each of the first two quarters, and forward Meyers Leonard scored 13 points in the first half to help stake Portland to a 55-48 lead. The Blazers fired at a 51.1-percent clip in the half. The Grizzlies came on in the third quarter, though, and took a 75-68 lead into the final 12 minutes. Lillard finished with a game-high 32 points, with a four-point play down the stretch that put Portland ahead 88-86. Also in double figures for the Blazers: CJ McCollum (18 points), LaMarcus Aldridge (18), Leonard (13) and Nicolas Batum (12).
