Telekom Baskets Bonn escaped with a narrow road win over Ratiopharm and tied the series at 1-1. The guests trailed by 6 points after first quarter, but they rallied back to get the 4-point lead at the halftime and eventually won the game 93-88. American point guard Eugene Lawrence (184-86, college: St.John's) scored 15 points and 6 assists to lead the charge for the winners and the other American import guard Ryan Brooks (193-88, college: Temple) chipped in 16 points during the contest.
