Semi-Finals Game 3: Hitachi SR - Toyota Alvark 72-81

Toyota Alvark rolled past Hitachi to secure NBL Finals appearance. The guests were tied at the half but managed to speed up in last two quarters eventually winning the game. Americans were the main players on the court. It was a great evening for forward Michael Parker (202-81, college: Evergreen St.) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds. Forward Jeff Gibbs (188-80, college: Otterbein) helped adding 17 points and 10 rebounds. Toyota Alvark's coach used an eleven-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. The best for the losing side was power forward Joshua Heytvelt (210-86, college: Gonzaga) with a double-double by scoring 18 points and 14 rebounds and forward Ira Brown (193-82, college: Gonzaga, agency: APAA Sports Group) scored 12 points and 8 rebounds. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures.
