Bahamas upset Costa Rica to set the clash versus Guatemala for the fifth position at the tournament. Deondre Vilmar connected for 19 points and 16 rebounds in the win. Bahamas registered a 31:29 halftime lead. They used a 17:8 run in the third term to clear off for good. Franco Miller tossed in 14 points for the winners. Steven Mcdonald responded with 18 points and 11 rebounds for Costa Rica.
