US Virgin Islands stormed past Mexico into the Centrobasket Final. Nicolas Claxton recorded 20 points and 15 rebounds to lead the charge. Mexico eked out an 18:17 lead after ten minutes. US Virgin Islands went on a 26:8 run in the second frame to gain a comfortable 17-point halfitme lead. They protected it well throughout the second half marching to the win. Malcolm Farrington connected for 14 points for the winners. Brayan Au replied with 17 points and 8 rebounds for Mexico.
