Canada celebrated the second straight victory at the Marchand Cup. They knocked down Brazil to stay perfect. Dwight Powell scored 18 points and grabbed 8 rebounds to lead the winners. Canada got to a confident start. They grabbed an 18:11 lead after ten minutes. The North American team maintained the lead throughout the second frame. Canada recorded a 36:27 halftime advantage. Canada dropped 23 points in the third term to take a comfortable 15-point advantage heading into the fourth quarter. Canada dropped 21 points in the final frame and raced to the victory. Bennett had 16 points, while Heslip tossed in 15 points for the winners. Lima responded with 17 points for Brazil. Benite had 13 points in the loss.
