Canada have clinched the Marchand Cup title. The North American team outgunned Puerto Rico to earn the trophy. Andrew Wiggins scored 20 points to pace the champions. Canada jumped to a 19:14 lead after the opening frame. They boosted the gap at 7-point mark at the interval 38:31. Puerto Rico narrowed the gap in the third quarter. The hosts dropped 26 points to get within 2 points at the final break. Canada though held their opponents to just 15 points in the fourth frame and raced to the victory. Andrew Nicholson netted 16 points, while Melvin Ejim posted 11 points and 11 rebounds for Canada. Barea responded with 17 points, 9 assists and 8 rebounds for Puerto Rico. Ramon Clemente had 14 points and 9 rebounds in the loss.
