South Korea earned the second straight victory in Wuhan. They knocked down Taiwan for 2-2 record in Group A. Hye-Jin Park scored 17 points to pace the winners. South Korea accounted for a 24:8 lead at the first break. The Korean team boosted the gap at 25-point lead at the final intermission and never looked back en route to the win. Jung Eun Kim and Ji Hee Yang provided 12 points apiece for the winners. Ying-Chieh Wu and Yu-Ting Lin responded with 14 points each for Taiwan.
