Regular Season Round 3: Karlovy Vary - BLK Praha 70-60

The biggest surprise of round 3 in ZBL took place in Karlovy Vary where host Karlovy Vary (1-2) beat BLK Praha (2-1) 70-60 on Sunday evening. The best player for the winners was center Julia Reisingerova (194-98) who scored 21 points and 9 rebounds. Forward Dana Kuslitova (182-90) chipped in 15 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American swingman Krystal Vaughn (185-86, college: VCU) who recorded 17 points and 9 rebounds and point guard Hana Nezdarilova (170-84) added 18 points (on 6-of-7 shooting from the field) respectively. BLK Praha's coach rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. BLK Praha will play next round against VS Praha trying to make it back to the top of the standings. It will be a derby game for which supporters look forward to, where their team will face at home their local rival from Praha - VS Praha. Karlovy Vary will try to continue on its current victory against Strakonice in Strakonice.
