Everything went according to plan in Ostrava where B&W Opava B (2-1) won against VK VSB Ost. (0-3) 83-71. It was an exceptional evening for point guard Rostislav Dragoun (192-96) who led the winners and scored 24 points. Center Tomas Micunek (200-89) accounted for 18 points and 7 rebounds for the winning side. Daniel Klimek (188-96) came up with 24 points and 9 rebounds and Jan Leczo (197-96) added 19 points and 5 rebounds respectively for VK VSB Ost. in the defeat. Both coaches allowed to play bench players saving starting five for next games. B&W Opava B's next round opponent will be Bball Olomouc (#5) on the road. VK VSB Ost. will play against MMCITE Brno 2 (#8) and hopes to get finally their first victory.
