Regular Season Round 7: Hiroshima L. - Takamatsu FA 95-79

There was an upset when 3rd placed Takamatsu FA (4-2) was defeated on the road by twelfth ranked Hiroshima L. (1-4) 95-79 on Saturday. The game without a history. Hiroshima L. led from the first minutes and controlled entire game increasing their lead in each quarter. Bahamas center Gjio Bain (211-85, college: S.Mississippi) fired a double-double by scoring 22 points, 11 rebounds and 4 assists for the winners. American guard Andre Murray (188-87, college: Portland St.) chipped in 22 points and 7 rebounds. Hiroshima L.'s coach used a ten-player rotation which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. American forward Nino Johnson (206-93, college: SE Missouri St.) produced a double-double by scoring 19 points and 18 rebounds and point guard Masaaki Suzuki (176-87) added 19 points and 6 rebounds respectively for lost side. Both teams had four players each who scored in double figures. Hiroshima L. left bottom position moving up to tenth place, which they share with Kanazawa Samuraiz. Loser Takamatsu FA dropped to the second position with two games lost. Both teams do not play next round, which will be an opportunity for some rest.
