Regular Season Round 4: AZS AGH Alstom - Wisla Krakow 77-66

Very expected game when 8th ranked Wisla Krakow (1-3) was defeated on the road by top-ranked AZS AGH Alstom (4-0) 77-66 on Saturday. AZS AGH Alstom outrebounded Wisla Krakow 40-27 including a 31-18 advantage in defensive rebounds. Worth to mention a great performance of power forward Maciej Maj (200-88) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 19 points and 13 rebounds and guard Jakub Krawczyk (191-91) who added 16 points, 6 rebounds and 7 assists during the contest. AZS AGH Alstom's coach Wojciech Bychawski allowed to play the deep bench players saving starting five for next games. At the losing side point guard Sebastian Dabek (188-96) responded with 19 points and 4 assists and power forward Kamil Kamecki (200-87) scored 9 points. AZS AGH Alstom have a solid four-game winning streak. They maintain first position in Group C with 4-0 record, which they share with Polonia Bytom. Loser Wisla Krakow dropped to the ninth place with three games lost. AZS AGH Alstom will face Alba Chorzow (#9) on the road in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Wisla Krakow will play against MKS DG 2 and hope to win that game.
