We cannot really consider it an upset in the game between close teams when 8th ranked NH Ostrava (1-3) lost on the road to ninth ranked BK Kolin (2-3) 80-73 on Saturday. BK Kolin made 21-of-26 free shots (80.8 percent) during the game. Montenegrin Bojan Bakic (195-83) nailed 29 points and 6 rebounds for the winning side and forward David Machac (205-80) accounted for 12 points and 9 rebounds. Five BK Kolin players scored in double figures. American forward Garret Kerr (193, college: Univ.Sciences) came up with a double-double by scoring 20 points and 11 rebounds and point guard Adam Ciz (190-91) added 21 points and 5 assists respectively for NH Ostrava in the defeat. BK Kolin moved-up to sixth place, which they share with USK Praha and J.Hradec. NH Ostrava lost third consecutive game. They dropped to the ninth position with three games lost. They share it with MMCITE Brno. BK Kolin will meet bottom-ranked BK Usti nad Labem (#12) on the road in the next round which should be theoretically an easy game. NH Ostrava will play against MMCITE Brno and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
