We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when twelfth ranked Saitama Broncos (1-7) smashed on the road 11th ranked Tokyo Cinq R. (1-6) 91-62 on Sunday. The game was mostly controlled by Saitama Broncos. Tokyo Cinq R. was better in second period 25-22. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. The winner was already known earlier in the game, so both coaches allowed to play the bench players saving starting five for next games. Saitama Broncos maintains twelfth position with 1-7 record, which they share with Bambitious Nara. Loser Tokyo Cinq R. dropped to the tenth place with six games lost. Saitama Broncos will face league's second-placed Niigata Albirex at home in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game.
