The game had a very big importance for second-ranked USK Praha B as it allowed them to take a leadership position in Group A. USK Praha B defeated 4th placed Sparta Praha at home 70-59. USK Praha B forced 19 Sparta Praha turnovers. Worth to mention a great performance of Marek Mares (190-96) who helped to win the game recording 21 points and 7 rebounds. Forward Vilem Svoboda (201-95) contributed with 16 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. Martin Hruby (192-87) answered with 9 points and Serbian swingman Djordje Dimitrijevic (192-97) added 9 points in the effort for Sparta Praha. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. As mentioned above they took over a top position. Sparta Praha at the other side keeps the fourth place with three games lost. They share the position with Slavoj Litom.. Sparta Praha will play next round against BK Kondori Liberec trying to get back on the winning streak. USK Praha B will try to continue on its current victory against seventh ranked Sokol Pisek on the road.
