The game in Poprad supposed to be also quite interesting. Third ranked MBK Ruzomberok (9-2) played at the court of 5th ranked BAM Poprad (3-8). MBK Ruzomberok smashed BAM Poprad 89-44 on Saturday. The game was mostly controlled by MBK Ruzomberok. BAM Poprad was better in third quarter 18-16. But it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. They dominated on the defensive end, holding BAM Poprad to just 3 points in fourth quarter. They maintain third place with 9-2 record having just two points less than leader Good Angels. Newly promoted BAM Poprad dropped to the sixth position with eight games lost. MBK Ruzomberok will face league's second-placed Piestanske C. in Piestany in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. BAM Poprad will play on the road against Cassovia K. (#8) in Kosice and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
