Regular Season Round 7: Pilipinas Agilas - Mono Vampire 81-85

Thailand Mono Vampire's fans can finally celebrate the first win of their team after six consecutive losses. The victory is especially important as it came on the road game in Mindanao, where they defeated Filipino Pilipinas Agilas (1-4) 85-81. The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Pilipinas Agilas won third quarter 22-15. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Defending Thailand champion maintains sixth place with 1-6 record. It was Pilipinas Agilas' fourth loss in a row. They dropped to the fifth position with four games lost. Mono Vampire's next round opponent will be higher ranked KL Dragons (#3) in Kuala Lumpur and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Pilipinas Agilas will play at home against the league's second-placed Singapore Slingers and hope to win that game.
