We could consider it a predictable result in the game between close teams when sixteenth ranked JSA Bordeaux (4-8) won against at home 15th ranked UB Chartres (3-8) 78-73 on Tuesday. The hosts took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But UB Chartres won third quarter 18-13. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Loser UB Chartres dropped to the sixteenth position with eight games lost. JSA Bordeaux will meet higher ranked Saint Vallier (#8) on the road in the next round and they do not belong to the favorites in that game. UB Chartres will play against CFBB (#18) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
