Third Stage Round 4: Shanghai - Xinjiang 81-87

The guests took control from the first minutes by winning first half. But Shanghai Dahua won third quarter 20-19. However it was not enough to take a lead and get a victory that evening. Xinjiang dominated down low during the game scoring 64 of its points in the paint compared to Shanghai Dahua's 38. Worth to mention a great performance of American center Tina Charles (193-88, college: Connecticut) who helped to win the game recording a double-double by scoring 30 points, 13 rebounds and 6 assists and Ching Shipeng who added 19 points during the contest. At the losing side Australian center Elizabeth Cambage (203-91) responded with a double-double by scoring 25 points and 17 rebounds and international point guard Xiufeng Shi (178-87) scored 21 points. Five Xinjiang and four Shanghai Dahua players scored in double figures.
