Regular Season Round 15: Dolomiti En. TR - JuveCaserta 71-66

There was no surprise in Trento where 9th ranked Juvecaserta (6-9) was defeated by fifth ranked Dolomiti En. TR (10-5) 71-66 on Sunday. However just five-point win is not that big difference and the fans of host team counted on more convincing victory. Juvecaserta was tied after three quarters but could not keep up in the last quarter eventually losing the game. Dolomiti En. TR forced 19 Juvecaserta turnovers and outrebounded them 39-25 including 27 on the defensive glass. The best player for the winners was American power forward Julian Wright (203-87, college: Kansas, agency: Alti Sport) who scored 13 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists. His fellow American import guard Jamarr Sanders (193-88, college: UAB, agency: Two Points) chipped in 14 points. At the other side the best for losing team was American-Guinean forward Robert Jones (201-84, college: Washington) who recorded 15 points and 5 rebounds and British point guard Ogooluwa Adegboye (182-87, college: St.Bonaventure) added 15 points respectively. Dolomiti En. TR moved-up to third place, which they share with Giorgo Tesi PT and Vanoli CR. Loser Juvecaserta dropped to the tenth position with nine games lost. They share it with AV Cantu and Openjobmetis V.. Dolomiti En. TR will meet league's second-placed Armani Milano on the road in the next round and it will be for sure the game of the week. Juvecaserta will play against Openjobmetis VA (#10) and it may be a tough game between close rivals.
